At Canine Reserve, we aim to deliver your order safely, hygienically, and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across India.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability by our logistics partners.

  • Delivery availability may vary based on pin code and courier coverage.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may vary during sales, promotions, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping offers, if any, are subject to terms mentioned on the website.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking updates are provided by our logistics partners and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


6. Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure address details and contact information are accurate.

  • Canine Reserve is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory restrictions

  • Courier or logistical delays beyond our control

In such cases, we will assist in coordinating with the logistics partner.


8. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, if possible

  • Or record an unboxing video immediately upon receipt

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@nativfarm.in with photos or videos

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.


9. Lost Shipments

If your order appears lost in transit:

  • Please contact us at info@nativfarm.in

  • We will investigate with the logistics partner

  • A suitable resolution (replacement or refund) will be provided based on findings


10. Partial Deliveries

In rare cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately. You will be notified if this occurs.


11. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.


12. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.


13. International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
